Over 20 years of experience as a Process Architect for Cell and Gene Therapy, Bio-process, and Pharmaceutical facilities. Interfaces with client’s counterparts and assesses client needs. Responsible for delivering standardized and consistent best practices approach for production facilities with high Quality and EHS compliance. Develops programming conceptual design for bio/pharmaceutical process projects. Collaborates and provides Leadership to process and project architects to develop and mentors entry and mid-level process architectural team. Developing and programming conceptual and basis of design projects with process flow diagrams and capacity analysis to enable decision-making facilities for a small clinical scale, mid-range, and large scale and pharmaceutical production facilities. Developing and producing design solutions optimization current processes thru Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement and process simulation experience, analyzing innovative opportunities and external benchmarking. More than 9 years of experience implementing Site Master Planning Strategies and project delivery, continuous improvement, performance management, planning, and budgeting on domestic and international projects in a cross-functional organization
